Our People
“When you cut out all the BS, it’s my job to support clients through murky employee issues and help them to understand the balance of employee care and the commercial needs of the business.”
Hi, I’m Susan, Founder and CEO of Red Wagon Workplace Solutions. I started Red Wagon in 2017 with the strong belief that employers should be emboldened to bring a better balance to the workplace. What I mean is that employees needed to be treated with respect and dignity, particularly during difficult situations, but also that employers had rights and the authority to manage the workforce and expect individuals to fulfill their obligations as employees.
Call it the ying and yang of the workplace dynamic, but it is my belief that there is a balance to be struck that results in a fairer work environment for everyone.
I’ve formed this view over 20 years of working in human resources in sectors that vary from defence and emergency services, to government, manufacturing, utilities and transport. I have developed a deep expertise in industrial relations and workplace investigations, underpinned by tertiary qualifications in law, psychology and human resources.
I’m delighted to introduce you to the team at Red Wagon and invite you to join us in striving to make a positive impact in the workplace.
